As our Fundraising Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to change lives and create a better future for all. You'll work closely with our team of superheroes to develop and implement fundraising strategies that will skyrocket our resources and propel us towards success. Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to:
- Fundraising Wizardry: You'll conjure up innovative and exciting fundraising ideas that will capture the hearts and wallets of our generous supporters. You'll plan and execute various fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, making sure they're as exhilarating as a rollercoaster ride!
- Master of project management: Balance multiple projects and prioritizing them accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Relationship Building: You'll build and nurture relationships with existing supporters, ensuring they feel like the true superheroes they are. You'll also recruit new supporters, businesses, and organizations to join our cause, spreading our mission like wildfire!
- Captain of Creativity: You'll be participating in creating captivating fundraising materials, from persuasive emails to engaging social media content. Your creative superpowers will inspire others to join us on our quest for change.
- Data Dynamo: You'll be our go-to data master, tracking and analyzing fundraising metrics to measure our progress and identify areas for improvement. You'll use this knowledge to fine-tune our strategies and ensure we're always heading in the right direction.
- Teamwork Triumph: You'll collaborate with our superhero team, including volunteers, to maximize our fundraising efforts. With your charismatic personality and infectious enthusiasm, you'll inspire and motivate everyone to give their all.

- Knowledge of tools such as donor relationship management software, Microsoft suite, google suite, project management tools such as, Trello, Asana, Bitrix24, Teams, etc.
