Hours of work are generally between peak hours to connect with donors 8 AM to 5:00 p.m. EST, (This can vary depending on the non-profit partner and needs).
Job Purpose

We're searching for a dynamic and energetic Executive Assistant to join our team and be the ultimate right-hand person to our high-flying executives. Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to:
- Champion of Organization: You'll be the guru of calendars, the master of to-do lists, and the commander of chaos. Your superpower is keeping our executives on track, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and making sure deadlines are met with superhero precision.
- Communication Dynamo: As the master communicator, you'll be the bridge between our executives and the world. Whether it's crafting captivating emails, drafting top-secret documents, or making sure everyone is in the loop, your words will shine like a beacon of clarity and enthusiasm.
- Gatekeeper of Awesomeness: You'll be the first point of contact for our executives, expertly handling phone calls, screening visitors, and filtering requests with a smile. Your friendly and upbeat personality will leave everyone feeling welcome and valued.
- Project Coordination Ninja: Our executives have a lot on their plates, and that's where you come in! You'll assist in managing various projects, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Your ability to juggle priorities will make you the superhero of productivity.
- Problem-Solving Dynamo: No challenge is too big or too small for you. From tracking down important documents to solving the mysteries of technology, you'll use your analytical skills and resourcefulness to conquer any hurdle that comes your way.
- Culture Captain: As the heart and soul of the executive's office, you'll help create a positive and fun work environment. From organizing team-building activities to planning epic celebrations, you'll sprinkle a dash of joy and camaraderie into every workday.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND ASSETS
- Supercharged Passion: You eat, breathe, and sleep philanthropy. Your love for making a difference is infectious, and you're ready to channel that energy into transforming lives.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant (bonus points for saving the day on multiple occasions!)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (you're a master multitasker!)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (you're a wordsmith extraordinaire!)
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and a knack for learning new tools (you're a digital dynamo!)
- A positive and energetic attitude with a great sense of humor (laughter is your superpower!)
- A passion to work in a fast-paced, fully integrated fundraising environment and an appreciation for the mission and purpose of your non-profit partner.
- Ability to build strong Relationship and network building.
- Teamwork and supervision of others.
- Working closely with colleagues and management.
- Working closely with the public, clients, or volunteers.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment and organization ability.
- Ability to meet tight and frequent deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools such as donor relationship management software, Microsoft suite, google suite, project management tools such as, Trello, Asana, Bitrix24, Teams, etc.
