INWORKER Donor Relations Specialist

Hours of work are generally between peak hours to connect with donors 11:00 AM to 8:00 p.m. EST,  (This can vary depending on the non-profit partner and needs).

The Donor Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in helping manage and grow relationships with donors. The DRS is responsible for tracking interactions and donations with donors, processing donations, managing donor communications and receipts, following up on pledges and monthly donations, and coordinating strategic plans to increase donor retention and support.

Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to:

  • Relationship Wizardry: Build and maintain strong relationships with our generous donors, because who doesn't love a little enchantment? Connect with our supporters, make them feel appreciated, and ensure they understand the impact of their contributions.
  • Master of Appreciation: Shower donors with gratitude, high-fives, and creative gestures of appreciation. You'll be the maestro of thank-you notes, heartwarming videos, and surprise treats that leave our donors feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
  • Storytelling Sorcerer: Unleash your storytelling powers to captivate our donors with tales of impact. Transform the lives we touch into compelling narratives that make hearts skip a beat, inspiring continued support and spreading the word about our mission.
  • Communications Guru: Collaborate with other teams to develop captivating campaigns and messages that engage and inspire donors. 
  • Data Alchemist: Use your analytical skills to track donor information and contributions, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date information. Prepare reports and provide insights to help inform our fundraising strategies, making you the guardian of our treasure trove of donor data.
  • Fun-Raising Extraordinaire: Plan and coordinate exciting fundraising activities and experiences that leave donors with unforgettable experiences, you'll sprinkle your magic touch to ensure a memorable and fun-filled affair.

 
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND ASSETS

  • Spellbinding Interpersonal Skills: A natural communicator who radiates positive energy, establishes rapport easily, and can charm the socks off anyone (metaphorically, of course).
  • Passion for the Cause: An unwavering belief in our mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world. Your passion will be contagious!
  • Creativity and Imagination: A flair for thinking outside the box, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary ones, and adding that special touch of sparkle to everything you do.
  • Organizational Wizardry: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and donor relationships without breaking a sweat.
  • Techno-Mage Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, social media platforms, and other digital tools to manage donor communications and track data. Tech-savvy is your middle name!
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but we value experience and enthusiasm above all!

  • Knowledge of tools such as donor relationship management software, Microsoft suite, google suite, project management tools such as, Trello, Asana, Bitrix24, Teams, etc.
